Our client, a renowned leader in the Consumer Electronics industry, is dedicated to enhancing lives around the globe through cutting-edge design and exceptional quality. As they continue to grow and innovate, they are seeking a Admin Manager (Executive Secretary)


Key Responsibilities

  • Daily administrative and organizational support to Director and Managers
  • Invoicing management
  • Legal and administrative requirements, monitoring and communications (Licences, building administration etc.)
  • Subcontractors management (Code of Ethics, NDA, contracts)
  • Clients database maintenance
  • Petty cash expenses management
  • Shall perform other tasks and duties related to his position as assigned by his first line manager.


Candidate Requirements:

· 5+ years of experience in managing Administrative responsibilities

· Should have managed a team

· Effective Communication Skills (Written & Verbal).
