Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update databases with accurate information, ensuring data integrity.
Tender Monitoring:Track, review and share details of relevant tenders from different tender portals and institution websites. As well, ensure timely submission of tenders.
Arabic Translations: Provide accurate translations for social media posts, official documents, and marketing materials from English to Arabic.
Support Sales and Marketing Teams: Assist with administrative tasks to help drive marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and events.
Document Management: Organize, file, and manage both digital and physical documents for easy retrieval.
Client Communication: Respond to inquiries, assist with client follow-ups, and maintain effective communication with external stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
Office Coordination: Handle daily office tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and supporting overall office operations.
Other Administrative Tasks: Provide general administrative support to all departments as needed.
Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.

Requirements
Desired
candidate profile:
Proven experience in a similar administrative role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Vocational or diploma-level education in business administration or a related field.
Must possess a valid UAE family book.
A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Prior experience with tender management is a plus.
