Admin and HR Executive – Job Description
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
3 to 10 years of experience in a combined administrative and HR role within the UAE.
Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and regulatory requirements is essential.
Working Hours:
9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (6 days a week).
Coordination With:
The role will require coordination with Management, Accounts, Purchase Office, and other key stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, organized professional with a solid understanding of UAE labor laws and administrative processes. Experience in managing start-up operations and handling both HR and administrative functions is essential for success in this role.
Key Skillls
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with HR software or ERP systems is an advantage.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
