Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage the company’s financial transactions, reporting, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling accounts, preparing financial statements, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Accounting & Reporting: Maintain and manage financial records, general ledgers, and prepare financial statements.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and collections efficiently.
• Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile company bank statements and ensure accuracy.
• Taxation & Compliance: Handle tax calculations, filings (VAT/GST, corporate tax), and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenses to ensure financial control.
• Audit & Internal Controls: Coordinate with auditors and implement best financial practices.
• Payroll Processing: Ensure accurate payroll calculations and salary disbursement.
• Cost Control & Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to improve cost-efficiency and profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

✅ 3-5 years of experience in accounting & finance roles

✅Language Preferred: English, Tamil, Hindi, Arabic

✅ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

✅ High attention to detail and ability to work independently
