Job Description:X-Space Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and organized Accounts Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing our day-to-day financial operations.Key Responsibilities:Manage Accounts Receivables: Issue invoices to clients accurately and timely.Track and follow up on outstanding payments.Reconcile client accounts and resolve any discrepancies.Record daily financial transactions in accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP).Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures.Prepare financial reports using Excel (e.g., sales reports, receivables aging reports).Handle daily cash transactions and ensure accurate reconciliations.Support the Finance and Administrative departments with various tasks as needed.Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.Respond to inquiries related to invoices and payments.
