Oversee accounting functions to ensure timely and accurate financial transaction recordingMaintain general ledger integrity, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE tax lawsManage daily, monthly, and yearly closing processes, including journal entries and reconciliationsLead and support the accounting team, promoting continuous improvementReview and approve reconciliations, ensuring proper documentation and tax filingsConduct audits and implement internal controls to protect financial dataCollaborate with departments to optimize systems and align operationsMonitor cash flow, manage working capital, and support external audits while reporting key metrics to senior management




Profile


Recognized professional accountancy qualificationMinimum of 5 years' experience in a financial management roleProven commercial experienceStrong attention to detail and analytical thinkingExcellent leadership and team management abilitiesHigh level of accountability and personal responsibilityGood understanding of local and international accounting rulesEffective communication skills, both written and verbalSelf-directed, organized, and able to prioritize effectivelyStrong IT skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP systems (Navision is an advantage)
