Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Reporting
  • Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate books of accounts.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor financial discrepancies.
  • Support the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
  • Help in auditing processes and ensure financial data integrity.

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Management
  • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports.
  • Assist in monitoring outstanding payments and follow up with vendors/clients.
  • Ensure timely recording of revenues and expenditures.

3. Budgeting & Financial Analysis
  • Support the budgeting process, helping track expenses and financial performance.
  • Assist in analyzing financial data and trends to improve business operations.
  • Contribute to cost optimization strategies.

4. Compliance & Documentation
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and company financial policies.
  • Assist in preparing tax documentation, VAT filings, and compliance reports.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper financial documentation.

5. Coordination & Support
  • Work closely with the finance team and provide support in financial planning.
  • Assist in coordinating with external auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.
  • Support in automating financial processes and utilizing accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Zoho, etc.).
