Accountant

Our client is a well-established building materials contractor.

We are hiring a UAE experienced accountant with experience of financial accounting up to finalization to join their Dubai head office.

The role is responsible for day-to-day financial tasks - preparation of comprehensive financial statements, management of accounts receivables and payables.

Role Summary

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow analyses - period closing and preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Prepare VAT and corporate tax filings.
• Prepare data for internal and external audits, budgeting and forecasting.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 4- 5 years’ accounting experience up to finalization, WPS payroll, UAE VAT and corporate tax preparation and submission, preparation of financial statements and monthly financial reports.
• Advanced MS Excel skills including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
• UAE driving license is an advantage.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
