Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Prepare and analyze financial statements for multiple companies within the group.
- Conduct variance analysis on revenue, expenses, and profitability across different entities.
- Consolidate financial data for group-level reporting and assist in management decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting and budgeting.
2. Accounting & Compliance
- Ensure all accounting records comply with relevant accounting standards
- Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations.
- Assist with tax filings, audits, and regulatory reporting for each entity.
- Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and receivables across companies.
3. Cost Control & Process Improvement
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain financial controls to reduce risks and ensure accurate reporting.
- Work with different departments to optimize operational efficiency.
4. System & Data Management
- Utilize accounting and ERP systems for data management and financial reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple business units.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work closely with finance teams of each company under the group.
- Support management with financial insights and recommendations.
- Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or equivalent is a plus).
- 3+ years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or audit (preferably in a group or multi-entity environment).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, intercompany transactions, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., tally, Odoo) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple companies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working in a Group of Companies (GC) or a multi-entity organization.
- Background in financial consolidation and reporting.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
