Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage financial records, including invoicing, receipts, and payment transactions.
- Monitor and track project expenses, reconcile bank statements, and assist in budget management.
- Prepare financial reports, cash flow projections, and support in forecasting.
- Assist with VAT filings, tax compliance, and payroll processing.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, and liaise with external auditors when needed.
- Support contract administration and document tracking for payments and variations.
Qualifications:
- Experience in accounting within architecture, design, or construction firms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Strong knowledge of financial management, tax regulations, and accounting software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho Books, etc…).
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills.
