About the Company: Three Zone General Trading is a dynamic and growing company based in the UAE, specializing in a wide range of trading activities. We are currently looking to expand our team and are seeking an experienced Accountant to join us.

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accountant to handle various financial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting in their home country and be able to demonstrate strong analytical and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records and prepare financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards and regulations.
  • Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Reconcile accounts and prepare monthly reports.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Liaise with auditors during financial audits.
  • Perform other accounting duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting in your home country.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or accounting software.
  • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Must be available for a face-to-face interview in the UAE.
  • Indian nationals preferred.

  12. Understanding of tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns and compliance with local and international tax standards.

  14. Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  16. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to identify issues, investigate discrepancies, and find practical solutions to financial problems.

  18. Ability to communicate financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial colleagues, management, or stakeholders.

  20. A strong sense of ethics and the ability to handle sensitive financial data with confidentiality, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and company policies.
  21. Knowledge of Accounting Standards (GAAP/IFRS)
  22. Proficiency in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) or International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) to ensure financial statements are accurate and in line with industry standards.
  23. Analytical Skills
  24. Ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and make strategic recommendations to improve the financial health of the organization.
  25. Audit Preparation
  26. Experience in preparing for audits, coordinating with external auditors, and ensuring that all records are organized and compliant with auditing standards.

  28. Ability to work closely with other departments (such as finance, operations, and HR) to gather financial information and ensure cohesive financial reporting.
