Position Overview:

  • The Accountant will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations related to our construction projects. This role requires a deep understanding of construction accounting practices, financial reporting, budgeting, and project cost management. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in accounting within the construction industry and demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in the construction industry, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and financial reporting
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software
  • Analytical Abilities: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and project cost management
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with various stakeholders
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
