Account Manager in Training (Emiratisation) We’re looking for Talented UAE Nationals to join our sales team as an Account Manager in Training. This is not a regular sales job, ours is a uniquely high-performing and supportive working culture where you will be expected to take full accountability and ownership of your growth.
As part of this role, you will undergo a structured training program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to become a successful Account Manager. During this period, you will receive hands-on coaching, field rides with experienced sales professionals, and direct mentorship to develop your expertise in sales and customer engagement. Upon successful completion of the program, you will transition into a full Account Manager role.

As an Account Manager in Training, you’ll gain hands-on experience by participating in field rides, shadowing experienced sales professionals, and engaging in workshops focused on Hilti’s consultative selling approach and customer solutions.

What you need is:



UAE National Family Book (to comply with the UAE Emiratization law) Bachelor’s degree: an Engineering degree is a plus Strong interpersonal and communication skills Minimum 6 months sales experience required or Passion for sales and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Proficiency in both English and Arabic Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate.
