Role Overview:


We are seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join our Account Management team. You will play a crucial role in satisfying, retaining and nurturing our customers. Picture yourself as the conductor of an orchestra, harmonizing various departments and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.


What you will do:


• Manage and nurture relationships with hospitality clients in the UAE, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, providing resolutions promptly by coordinating with the different teams internally.
• Participate to service reviews and performance evaluations with premium clients.
• Provide regular feedback to internal teams, suggesting improvements to optimize processes and serve better our clients.
• Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure high-quality execution and support.
• Regional Expertise: Leverage in-depth knowledge of the Middle East market to align services with local customer needs.
• Maintain a deep understanding of regional hotel groups, their requirements, and specific processes with acquirers and partners.
• Act as the lead on customer renewals and retention strategies, securing recurring revenue streams.
• Strengthen Planet’s reputation by ensuring consistent client engagement. 
• Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs).
• Work closely with the Financial Partners teams and share regular feedback on churn and market.


Who you are:


• Experience in the hospitality industry, with good knowledge of property management systems (PMS) and payment solutions industry.
• Strategic planning and execution.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• A "growth and collaboration” mindset, focused on building trust and growing business through support and relationship-building.
• Proven experience in sales or business development within the hotel technology landscape.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.
