What we expect from you: Play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set of partners on our portal and maintain partnership, operate as a single point of contact for all service providersSearch effectively for prospective clients and convert sales leads into potential clientsAnalyse daily partner and vertical performance and make sure that the quality is maintainedRegularly meet with the service providers/partner to review satisfaction, address feedback, and ensure the platform meets or exceeds expectationsAchieve short and long-term sales goals, ensuring the right processes are in placeInform and educate partners for new process implementation and follow up on such to ensure proper executionIdentify opportunities to grow existing clients and to take necessary measures to close the dealsProvide regular reports on sales activities, revenue performance, and client feedback to senior management and service providers/partnerMonitor account performance, track key metrics (such as service usage, renewals, and churn rates), and identify opportunities for growthCoordinate with cross functional departments to assist partners with their day-to-day queriesBe responsible for a vertical performance including owning demand and revenue numberBe the quality custodian of a vertical ensuring superlative customer experienceTake ownership of Justlife’s growth, find creative new solutions and follow through with them to delight users and boost partners’ performanceWhat we are looking for:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university3 to 4 years of related account management experienceProven experience in negotiating, reviewing, and managing client and service provider requirements; contracts; policies, and proceduresSomeone who comes with a strong sense of initiative and personal leadership demonstrating the ability to function independently, and comfortable working with a fast-paced workplaceAbility to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and to adapt to a fast & dynamic mindsetData-driven decision-making mentality and sound business judgment through analytical thinkingBeing proactive, innovative, creative, and able to think outside the boxPERKS OF BEING A PART of JUSTLIFENothing would replace the start-up spirit, working with an evolving culture and fulfilling workplace!
