As a Account Director, Strategy, you will play a key role in developing and designing comprehensive communication strategies for our clients. This includes identifying target audiences, developing messaging frameworks, and ensuring cohesive, impactful communications across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Co-lead the development of comprehensive communication strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
- Audience Analysis: Conduct research and analysis to identify target audiences, assess communication needs, and tailor messages for maximum impact.
- Messaging & Positioning: Create compelling and consistent messaging frameworks that articulate key client value propositions and resonate with stakeholders.
- Campaign Development: Design communication campaigns across multiple platforms (digital, social media, traditional media, etc.).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Design stakeholder engagement strategies, ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Measurement & Evaluation: Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and provide actionable insights for improvement.
- Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and ensuring the timely delivery of communication deliverables.
- Collaboration: Work closely with creative teams, PR specialists, content creators, and digital marketing experts to deliver cohesive communication solutions.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure innovative communication strategies for clients.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in consulting and communications strategy, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting (Big 4).
- Proven experience in developing and executing multi-channel communication strategies.
