About the Role
As Academic Success Manager, you will become the trusted advisor for the customer while protecting the revenue base. You will reveal up new opportunities in health workforce education institutions. You will help customers gain value from our content and platforms through delivering engaging training sessions.
Responsibilities
Driving demand for Elsevier e-solutions and content to the health market in the Middle East;
Generating opportunities for e-solutions and collaboratively work with institutional sales team to lead to conversions of opportunities;
Identifying key decision makers and positioning solutions appropriately. Your efforts with faculty will naturally create advocacy for Elsevier, our products, and solutions;
Managing onboarding and implementation of Education e-solutions into institutions particularly key faculty, students, librarians;
Supporting usage through face to face and online training sessions to maintain the healthy use of e-solutions. Scheduling and conducting product presentations;
Capturing customer experience feedback and share with Content, Marketing, Product and Sales teams through instructed tools and processes.
Able to work as a team player and to effectively collaborate within a matrix organization;
Requirements
Be a great communicator with engaging presentation skills and enthusiasm for sharing your work with a multidisciplinary team;
Have good experience in a customer-facing role gained in an academic/education, content, or software organization;
Be able to build rapport & credibility quickly at all levels, with a wide variety of customers and colleagues;
Demonstrate knowledge of educational institution structures and decision-making processes;
Demonstrate native or near-native fluency in Arabic and a good command of English, as well as the ability to speak and write in an engaging manner;
Be open to travel (50%) and have a driving license.
