·Implements and monitors a comprehensive academic program development plan, prepare scenarios to manage the endowment, grants, and scholarships programs, and support the implementation of necessary plans.
·Identify potential partners for the purposes of establishing academic and research alliances to facilitate knowledge exchange locally, regionally and internationally.
·Support the spread and impact of academic and executive education programs by developing and executing sales strategy inside and outside the UAE.
·Understand the accreditation requirements and cooperate with the Planning and Institutional Effectiveness Department in meeting the recommendations for academic accreditation to support the continuity of academic programs.
·Manages curriculum development of the academic and training programs under the direction of the Dean.
·Prepare annual cost-benefit analyses and assess curricular enrolment trends to help development decision making.
·Collaborate with faculty members, admis staff and students to ensure continuous improvement of the academic standards.
·Propose initiatives to generate revenue from key activities to enhance MBRSG resources.
·Perform other duties, consistent with skills and experience, as assigned by the Director.
