Academic Intervention Specialist
We are growing our Direct Instruction, Intervention and Supplemental education team across our International business, (EMEA and APAC). We are now expanding our team and have created a new position for a customer-orientated and commercially-driven
Academic Intervention Specialist.
As our new Academic Intervention Specialist, you will be responsible for our Math and English intervention and supplemental products. These solutions are aimed at addressing specific inclusive educational needs – special education, language and computational literacy, and remedial instruction. Supporting our customers across EMEA and APAC, you will assist teachers in the effective implementation and utilization of our solutions.
A typical day might include:
Partnering with our Intervention Marketing Manager to research markets, identify opportunities, and drive demand across our customers. Building new business pipelines by communicating with customers, whilst driving inbound leads through our marketing campaigns and commercial teams. Providing in-depth training to educators on how to use our intervention tools. Serving as a point of contact for schools and districts – addressing troubleshooting issue, answering questions, and offering solutions. Helping to customise our solutions that will meet the specific needs of diverse student populations. Supporting educators in optimising product data and analytics that monitor student progress and outcomes.
You should apply if:
You possess the drive and determination to improve intervention/supplemental/remedial education to students around the world. You are an experienced intervention/special needs/inclusion educator. You have knowledge and experience of Direct Instruction. You have previous experience in training and coaching educators using presentations and workshops. This would be advantageous. Bachelor, preferably Master’s, degree in an Education related discipline.
