Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present high-quality 3D models and renderings for interior and exterior spaces.
  
• Utilize 3ds Max, V-Ray, and Corona Renderer to create photo-realistic visualisations.
  
• Prepare design presentations, mood boards, and visual storytelling materials.
  
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand and execute project requirements.
  
• Conduct research on materials, lighting techniques, and construction methodologies to enhance visualisation accuracy.
  
• Ensure all deliverables meet deadlines and quality expectations.
  
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in 3D rendering.
  

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
  
• 3-10 years of experience in architectural visualisation within residential and mixed-use developments.
  
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, and Adobe Photoshop.
  
• Experience in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and BIM workflows is a plus.
  
• Strong understanding of lighting, materials, and rendering workflows.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  
• Must be based in UAE
