Take advantage of new opportunities and take on exciting tasks and attractive positions with direct customer assignment.Job DescriptionReporting To: Climate & Thermal Energy Department ManagerKey ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & SupportAssist Project Managers in the execution of FEED, detailed design, feasibility studies, and concept designs for Thermal and Solar Power projects.Monitor project progress, prepare weekly status reports, and ensure deliverables are submitted as per schedule.Manage and coordinate interfaces across disciplines to meet project objectives.Collaboration & CommunicationAttend internal and external project meetings and prepare Minutes of Meetings.Maintain effective communication with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.Interpret client requirements and effectively communicate them to the project team.Technical & Compliance OversightEnsure compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC standards, performance specifications, and best practices.Identify technical issues, seek guidance when required, and implement corrective actions promptly.Support in proposal preparation and tendering activities.Coordination & Subcontractor ManagementManage, guide, and coordinate subcontractors for site management and engineering activities.Establish day-to-day communication with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project execution.Process Improvement & TrainingEvaluate, organize, and prioritize workload to adhere to project schedules.Participate in company-organized training sessions as required.Ensure adherence to Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards as outlined in the Integrated Management System (IMS).QualificationsTechnical Experience5–10 years in a discipline engineering role, with a focus on Thermal Power project execution.EducationBachelor’s degree in Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering from a recognized university.LanguagesFluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.Additional InformationTechnical ExpertiseMinimum 5–10 years of experience as a discipline engineer, with at least 5 years in Thermal Power project execution.Proficient in MS Office, with basic skills in MS Project and Primavera.Problem-Solving & Time ManagementStrong problem-solving skills and ability to handle client management tasks effectively.Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure.Communication & CollaborationStrong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Ability to work collaboratively with diverse disciplines and cultural backgrounds.Detail-Oriented & Independent WorkDependable, meticulous, and trustworthy with the ability to follow through on tasks promptly.Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
