Location: Dubai Area Office We are looking for a high-calibre graduate (graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the last 12-18 months) to join our Food & Beverage team on a 12-month internship. From day one, our interns are fully integrated into Team Hilton and are involved in different aspects of the business. Our internships offer vast exposure and opportunities, such as the opportunity to network with senior executives and for some, international travel and involvement in regional conferences.
Based in our Dubai Area Office, you will also benefit from an open space office, located in Internet City, close to the Dubai Marina and The Palm Jumeirah and other interesting locations in Dubai. We have approximately 210 team members based in the Dubai office, we are a social and fun bunch of people driving the business for the MEA region from here.
The Opportunity
You will play an active role in our continued success by providing a high level of project management support to the F&B leadership team and managing the schedule and administrative requirements of the F&B team to a high standard.
As the Hilton F&B Strategy Development intern, your activities will include:
Supporting the F&B leadership team with project management. Acting as the F&B Lead on our ESG Corporate Initiatives (Dubai Office). Produce professional presentations for the F&B leadership senior team. Support our Senior Directors to Project Manage complex initiatives and Playbook creation. Manage F&B meetings, schedule, and agenda to maximise the attendance and quality of discussions with appropriate action minutes taken and following up to ensure action.

Competitive Salary & Benefits: 60,000 AED PA, housing allowance 48,000 AED PA & transport allowance 6000 AED PA.
As with any job, we do have certain criteria that you will need to meet to be considered for one of these highly sought-after opportunities. These are detailed as follows;
First and foremost, Hilton is a hospitality company and we are looking for individuals with a strong sense of alignment to our culture and values. You must have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in the last 12-18 months. You must be able to undertake a full-time (40 hours per week) 12-month graduate internship, from July 2024. Hospitality or Business Management related degree is preferred; however, we will consider applicants from other disciplines provided you are able to demonstrate a strong desire to progress a career in this area. We are ideally looking for a candidate who has worked in a multicultural environment. We are looking for a candidate who is locally based in the UAE. Must be fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing). Have a passion for the Food & Drink industry. Good knowledge of using Social Media. Have a positive and dynamic character. Exceptionally organised and comfortable prioritising tasks and working to deadlines. Effective planning & project management skills and capabilities. Sound knowledge of job-related information technology (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
