Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented FME (Feature Manipulation Engine) Developer to join our team. The FME Developer specializes in creating, configuring, and optimizing FME workflows to automate data integration and transformation tasks for the digital solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Workflow Design and Implementation: Design and implement FME workbenches to automate data loading, transformation, and validation.
Performance Optimization: Optimize workflows for performance and scalability, ensuring seamless integration with Oracle and GIS systems.
Custom Scripting: Develop and document Python scripts for custom data processing tasks within FME.
Collaboration and Alignment: Collaborate with GIS and database teams to align FME processes with system requirements. Testing and Validation: Test, debug, and validate FME workflows to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Role Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience in FME implementations. Confirmation letter on the technical expertise on FME from an official FME distributor. Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and validation processes using FME. Proficiency in Python scripting for data processing and automation within FME. Familiarity with Oracle databases and GIS systems, and experience in integrating FME with these platforms.
