Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Strategic Planning Consultant to help develop a forward-looking strategy for AI implementation within a government entity in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate must have extensive experience in strategic planning, preferably within government organizations, and hold a Master’s degree in Strategic Planning. They will be responsible for working alongside AI, cybersecurity, and data governance experts to create a 3-5 year strategy to move towards a full AI solution.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the current strategic alignment of AI and technology within the government entity. Develop a long-term 3-5 year strategy that ensures the successful implementation of AI solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with the organization’s goals. Provide expert advice on best practices in strategic planning and implementation of AI projects. Ensure alignment of strategic initiatives with local and federal government regulations and standards.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Strategic Planning or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in strategic planning for government projects. Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking). Strong understanding of AI technologies and their strategic implications. Experience working in or with government agencies, particularly in Abu Dhabi. Excellent project management and leadership skills.
