Job Summary:
We are hiring a Senior Data & Data Governance Consultant to lead the assessment and enhancement of data governance practices for a government entity transitioning to an AI-powered environment. The candidate will be responsible for evaluating the current data management processes, identifying gaps in data quality and governance, and proposing a 3-5 year data strategy. Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess the current state of data governance and data quality within the government entity. Identify gaps in data management processes and propose improvements to support AI integration. Develop a 3-5 year data governance strategy to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal and local regulations. Work closely with AI, strategic planning, and cybersecurity teams to ensure data policies support AI-driven solutions. Provide training and consultation on data governance best practices.
Role Requirements & Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience in data governance or data management, particularly in government projects. Relevant certifications in Data Governance or Data Management. Fluency in Arabic and English (reading, writing, and speaking). Experience in aligning data governance with AI initiatives. Strong understanding of federal and local data protection regulations. Proven ability to lead data governance strategies in complex government environments.
