• Manage wholesale and retail order processing while ensuring the accuracy of inventory records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics teams to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Track shipment processes and ensure smooth delivery operations.
• Maintain regular communication with retail and franchise partners regarding order statuses and stock availability.
• Prepare and analyze reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance warehouse and logistics operations.
• Provide operational support to the customer service team, ensuring quick and effective resolution of order-related issues.
