What is the Role?
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team.

What you’ll be responsible

• Lead the design and development of user interfaces, ensuring a seamless and visually compelling user experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather user requirements and translate them into wireframes, prototypes, and final products.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility evaluations to enhance UX designs.
• Develop responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular).
• Optimize UI performance and ensure scalability across multiple devices and platforms.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI and front-end development.
• Mentor junior UX designers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

We are looking for a passionate talent professional who has

• 5+ years of experience in UX design and front-end development.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript.
• Experience with React, Vue.js, or Angular.
• Experience in motion design and animation (GSAP, Framer Motion, or Lottie).
• Familiarity with headless CMS, design systems, or component libraries.
• Understanding of server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Background in A/B testing and user behavior analytics.
• Proficiency in UX/UI design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and usability principles.
• Experience with UX research methodologies and data-driven design decisions.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs, web performance optimization, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
