User Acquisition Manager

As a User Acquisition Manager, you’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to identify user needs and implement data-driven campaigns. Your expertise will be key in scaling our user base and optimizing acquisition channels. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own the entire marketing lifecycle of an app and execute end-to-end user acquisition strategies.
• Manage the creative pipeline by developing, testing, and refining ad creatives. You’ll come up with ideas, test hypotheses, oversee implementation, and provide feedback.
• Optimize user acquisition campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Google, and more.
• Build strong relationships with external partners and ad networks like Meta London, TikTok Dubai, Apple London, and Google Dublin.
• Monitor and build BI dashboards to track insights and ensure campaigns meet KPIs while scaling.
• Collaborate closely with the product team to understand user motivations and shape effective monetization strategies.
• Think beyond marketing and apply growth-hacking techniques to take your app to the next level.
