Program Summary
KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
We are currently seeking a qualified technician to join our team, with a specific focus on expertise in Carpentry and construction systems. The candidate will be operating wood cutting shop equipment and will be responsible for performing maintenance, repair, alteration, and construction on all basic wood structure: timbers, trussed joints, planking, walls, ceilings, floors, roofs, porches, stairs, doors, windows, platforms, docks and fences.
Roles and Responsibilities
*** Duties and responsibilities may evolve, and change based on the needs of the project and the organization. At Izmir Site, different departments experience periods of high workload at different times. While some units are very busy, others may go through quieter periods. During such times, to efficiently utilize our workforce and maintain workplace motivation and team spirit, units that are going through quiet periods, supports units with heavy workloads. The personnel to be hired in this position may work in different tasks and departments when the workload in their workshop is light or for the urgent needs in other units.

All positions require a current and favorable Turkish Security background check.
