As a Finance Business Partner, you’ll be at the heart of strategic decision-making — supporting category and brand growth, optimizing financial performance, and driving operational excellence.
Working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of our financial processes, lead transformation initiatives, and deliver insights that unlock new opportunities. Support business leaders with sound financial advice and business acumen for decision-making.
Collaborate with Category Growth teams to evaluate business costs and identify improvement opportunities.
Partner with brand teams on product lifecycle changes (launches, extensions, deletions).
Serve as local point of contact for global CHC business and finance projects.
Drive local cash flow optimization initiatives and manage stock-in-trade.
Represent Finance function with local external authorities as needed.
Lead Monthly Performance Reviews, monitoring performance vs. targets and KPIs.
Manage P&L per brand to ensure return on investment and business alignment.
Provide insights on cost efficiency, ROI, and market trends (e.g., share of voice/spend).
Lead the Strategic Planning process considering internal and external business drivers.
Manage forecasting and budget cycles for A&P and business unit costs.
Challenge business assumptions to ensure consistent and robust financial plans.
Monitor forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
Guide business units through budget and forecast preparations.
Share best practices and promote simplification and efficiency in finance operations.
Manage or request updates to Master Data in financial systems (SAP, TM1, etc.).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and accounting.
Hands-on experience with SAP, Excel, BlackLine, and TM1.
Strong analytical ability to simplify and present complex data.
Agile, proactive, and collaborative with a commitment to excellence.
Excellent communication and decision-making capabilities.
Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and business partnering mindset.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to develop finance teams.
Full professional proficiency in English.
