Job Description

This role translates the marketing plan into trade marketing and maximize commercial performance in all sales channels for Tea category.


  • Responsible for Tea Trade Marketing in all sales channels.
  • Manage and monitor the activity calendar of all channels.
  • Steer the GTN figures and execution of channels.
  • Engagement with global and/or local Shopper Marketing and Sales Strategy team members and cross functional teams to deal with any issues regarding performances, layouts, guidelines, opportunities, risks by tracking.
  • Track and benchmark global best practices.
  • Increase the commercial understanding of all stakeholders in touch for Tea.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Sales , Finance and Supply teams to transform Marketing Plan into 360 degree Commercial Execution.
  • Participate in international project meetings to represent Turkey’s Tea business.
  • Active involvement in the AOP and VCP processes for Tea category.
  • Prepare, Consolidate and actively involve in JBP/CBP cycles of Key Accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.
  • Translate brand strategy into trade outcomes to be applied by the field force.
  • May take responsibility of ad-hoc projects based on company priorities.
  • Collaborate with Channel Sales Managers in all Tea revenue growth KPIs
  • Ensures the compliance of all Trade Activities with Environment & Health and Safety Legislations, Company EHS Policies.
  • Acts in accordance with Company policies & procedures, including but not limited to the Code of Conduct.

Qualifications
  • BA in Management
  • Several years’ experience in Trade Marketing and/or Sales Strategy
  • Prior Key Account and/or Regional Sales experience in FMCG
  • Diverse channels – categories – commercial background
  • Strong knowledge in Consumer Packed Goods Industry
  • Good understanding of Revenue Growth Management
  • Multinational FMCG company background preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent command of MS Office Tools
