Role Description
As the Jack-of-All-Trades, you will be at the heart of our organization, working closely with the CEO and various departments to support strategic initiatives and manage cross-functional projects. This role is perfect for a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

• Assist the CEO with day-to-day operations and strategic planning.
• Coordinate and manage special projects across different departments.
• Research and analyze market trends to support decision-making.
• Prepare presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
• Drive initiatives to improve operational efficiency and team collaboration.
• Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and market expansions.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Create and present proposals and presentations to stakeholders and potential partners.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute business development strategies and initiatives.
• Support the CEO in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
• Conduct negotiations and close business deals.
