We are seeking a Tender Specialistto join Roche Diagnostics Turkiye.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring daily tender announcements on EKAP and forwarding them to relevant individuals via email.
Conducting cost analysis for direct tenders, dealer tenders, and private institutions.
Uploading all required documents, information, and bid prices for direct tenders onto EKAP, ensuring compliance with specifications, and submitting the file to the institution post-tender.
Sending minutes from EKAP after direct tenders to relevant stakeholders.
Submitting objection letters through EKAP to the administration or public procurement agency for direct tenders.
Requesting contract documents from relevant departments for direct tenders and forwarding them to the sales specialist.
Preparing and submitting requested documents for dealer tenders.
Regularly monitoring EKAP to communicate notifications such as orders, workload increases, decisions, and invitations to relevant stakeholders, and requesting necessary documents when needed.
Keeping tender documents up-to-date and monitoring legal changes.
Preparing requested reports.
Archiving production documents from international sources.
Understanding the organization’s management system policies and contributing to the achievement of management system goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from relevant departments.
Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a related field.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in tender processes and relevant tools such as EKAP.
