Job Description

As Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division, we are looking for our new asscoiate as  Technical Warranty Operations Responsible for Türkiye & Middle East Region  who will be located in Maltepe, Istanbul.


  • Technical evaluation of warranty claims of Bosch Mobility Aftermarket spare part warranty claims
  •  Verifying vehicle information and fault details by performing necessary tests to determine the cause of the fault, preparing technical reports
  •  By using available tools (SAP & digital tools) following up the warranty claims starting from the time the inquiry is received till the technical report
  • Organizing & planning warranty related trainings & info sessions to Bosch customer network when necessary
  • Conducting planned field visits to customers when necessary
  • Supporting and reporting of scrapping process of examined spare parts
  • Working Style: 100% Office

Qualifications
  •  University degree in vocational schools of automotive technology/automotive/mechanics/electrics of higher education or engineering departments with 2 or 4 years university of degree
  •  4 or more years of experience in automotive aftermarket, especially in spare part business
  •  Having similar experience in aftersales operations or warranty operations 
  •  Having know-how and experience vehicle diagnostic tools
  •  Curiosity & eagerness to learn more in automotive technologies
  •  Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
  •  Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
  •  Ability to work independent and in a self-driven way
  •  Willing to take initiative in technical aspects
  •  Ability to work within international teams with very good communication skills
  •  No restrictions to travel when necessary
  •  Fluency of written and spoken Turkish and English
