Job Description
As Bosch Mobility Aftermarket division, we are looking for our new associate who will be employed as Technical Support Engineer. Our new associate will be responsible from Türkiye & Middle East Region and will be located in Maltepe, Istanbul.
- You will be responsible from technical hotline operations
- You will be providing 2nd level support to Bosch Car Service and Bosch Diesel Service network, independent workshops, Bosch B2B and B2C customers on technical topics related with car repair & vehicle diagnosis
- You will be responsible from 2nd level technical support which will be provided to Bosch Car Service and independent automotive aftermarket workshops related with Bosch vehicle diagnostic tools and diagnostics software
- You will be responsible from providing technical support on vehicle repair and vehicle diagnosis, performing remote procedures via technical hotline using teamviewer or similar tools.
- You will be responsible from vehicle specific spare parts setting and support related to the repair of the vehicle.
- You will be responsible from technical hotline related projects such as; remote diagnosis, new call center infrastructure set up, short-term technical hotline related projects etc.
- You will be responsible from technical hotline KPIs and reporting process
Your duties expected to be performed in mid-term;
- You will have chance to develop your self in an international environment and you will be a part of a technically skilled team in Turkiye. You will have a chance to develop yourself as an expert through the years by receiving support from our technical experts and European team. Following duties will be expected to be performed by your side in mid-term;
- Delivering trainings related with Bosch test equipment & diagnostic tools when requested by our B2B contacts.
Qualifications
- University degree preferably in mechanical or automotive engineering
- 2 or more years of experience in automotive aftermarket
- Curiosity & eagerness to learn & passion automotive technologies
- Strong analytical and technical skills with respect to problem solving
- Strong commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to work independent and in a self-driven way
- Willing to take initiative in technical aspects
- Ability to work within international teams with very good communication skills
- No restrictions to travel frequently
- Fluency of written and spoken Turkish and English, German would be an asset
