TASKI Service Leader - İstanbul

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• A minimum 5 years of sales and after sales service experience
• Preferably with sales and after sales service organization experience in industrial cleaning machines
• Strong communication skill
• Strong  problem- solving skills and a customer -first mindset
• The strengths to turn a strategic vision into tangible actions
• Preferably good skills of both written and spoken English
• Valid driver's license, active driving capability

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensuring that service and sales processes are carried out smoothly by regularly communicating with all TASKI authorized services throughout Turkey and preparing after-sales maintenance contracts with customers
• Organizing training programs for TASKI service personnel and providing updates on new products and processes and evaluating the effectiveness of these programs
• Determining performance indicators to measure, analyze and improve service quality and providing continuous improvement in service quality by analyzing customer feedback
• Developing strategies to increase sales volume and to optimize this process and carrying out studies to improve spare parts stock management and order processes
• Monitoring customers' warranty processes, managing warranty claims and ensuring that these processes operate properly
• Responding to TASKI's global reporting requests with timely and accurate information
• Developing proactive approaches to analyze and improve customer satisfaction, addressing customer feedback and offering solution suggestions
