Talent Acquisition Specialist

Summary of the Role


We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Istanbul team in the Talent Acquisition department. In this role, you will partner with highly dynamic Business Units at Amadeus IT Services Turkey and drive the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process to ensure a high-quality talent pipeline for existing and upcoming business needs.


In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to:


  • Join an international organization and be the single point of contact for Recruitment in Turkey under the EMEA Region.

Sourcing:


  • Demonstrate creative excellence in research and manage wide candidate pools using various sources and funnels.
  • Utilize your online sourcing techniques and headhunting skills.
  • Develop a proactive talent pool and stay current with new trends in sourcing.
  • Suggest appropriate candidate sources/channels.
  • Contribute to and lead improvement suggestions, projects, and implementation of ideas.

End-to-end Recruitment:


  • Be responsible for executing graduate and internship recruitment.
  • Serve as the role model of an employer ambassador.
  • Understand staffing needs and ensure appropriate matches between position requirements and candidate profiles within KPIs.
  • Provide candidates with the best possible experience during the hiring process.
  • Create a high-quality candidate pipeline (shortlists).
  • Manage the execution of assessment methods.
  • Conduct competency-based interviews.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal requirements for advertisement, job postings, selection, and the talent acquisition process.

Stakeholder Management:


  • Collaborate and build long-lasting relationships with hiring managers.
  • Use data to report and confidently identify bottlenecks and solutions in the recruiting process, influencing key stakeholders around important decisions.

About the Ideal Candidate:


  • A university degree in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and innovative sourcing for prospective candidates across different hierarchical levels.
  • At least 2 years of recruitment experience in the IT/software development industries.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter tools and sourcing techniques.
  • Experience with employer branding and university programs is a plus.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent English (written and oral).
  • Strong networking, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills.
