Job Overview: 


As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in attracting, recruiting and retaining top talent, as well as developing and integrating projects related to your key areas of responsibility across our teams.  
You will lead efforts to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and create a seamless and engaging candidate experience across all hiring processes. Key Responsibilities: 


  • Strategic Recruitment & Sourcing: 
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business growth objectives. 
  • Use industry-specific platforms and job boards, social media, career fairs, and partnerships with universities to source top talent. 
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs. 

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding: 


  • Create and maintain a strong employer brand that attracts top talent by promoting Guess’s culture and values across digital platforms. 
  • Ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment process with timely feedback and communication at every stage. 
  • Leverage creative branding initiatives on LinkedIn and other platforms to showcase company culture and career opportunities. 

Collaboration & Team Leadership: 


  • Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and conduct interviews. 
  • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and support throughout the hiring process. 

Data-Driven Recruitment & Process Optimization: 


  • Utilize data and analytics to monitor recruitment effectiveness, identify trends, and improve sourcing and hiring strategies. 
  • Implement recruitment technologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency. 
  • Analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, vacancy rates, and retention to continuously refine recruitment strategies.

  • Attract top talent who align with our brand values and culture. 
  • Prioritize skills and cultural fit during the hiring process. 
  • Build a diverse and inclusive workforce. 
  • Enhance the candidate experience to ensure a positive journey from application to offer.
