Clarifies offer, delivery and cost-relevant detailed clarification with the sales managers as well as all departments involved (requesting the order entry package)
Controls order and production progress and coordinates between all departments
Evaluates the urgency of contracts in consultation with the project manager, the industry departments, design, order lines and manufacturing
Prepares the spare parts business: Information to the operating subsidiary and, if necessary, Key Account Manager
Maintains the order data folder (ADAM) in consultation with the design
Coordinates technical changes as well as change of scope of delivery
Ensures timely delivery to the customer including shipping coordination
Organizes and participates in customer acceptances (3rd Party Inspection etc.)
Ensures compliance with legal export control regulations
Supports the development and improvement of the order processing process
May further develop existing customer training formats and support the execution of customer trainings
Has skills developed through formal training or work experience
