🎯Your Journey Begins: Embrace the Exciting Adventure Ahead!

• Monitoring and supervising daily accounting tasks: month-end activities, accounts payable/receivable processes, general ledger account reconciliations, and fixed asset activities
• Monitoring and analyzing accounting data to produce financial reports/statements
• Managing intercompany relations and flows between Turkey HQ and international entities
• Managing all tax related matters of the company to ensure timely and proper tax filings
• Establishing and enforcing proper accounting and tax policies & principles among Turkish and international entities
• Leading audit processes
• Initiating and executing projects to create efficient and aligned accounting & tax processes with regards to domestic and international practices
• Leading and coaching a team of accounting & tax professionals to ensure they achieve their full potential in a high-growth, agile e-commerce environment

• As a fast-growing technology player who has already set foot on international markets, we need a highly analytical manager who won’t hesitate to roll up their sleeves to get results. To flourish in this job, you’ll need to be a role model for the team by being a doer and a goal-setter simultaneously. We know that sounds ambitious, therefore the minimum requirements to handle the challenge are as follows:
• BA/BS degree in relevant academic disciplines  (education in English will be preferred)
• Ideally 10-12 years of progressive experience in accounting/tax functions
• CPA (SMMM) certificate and Big4 experience will be preferable
• International/regional experience will be a great asset
• Microsoft Axapta ERP knowledge is a plus
• Prior team-management experience
• Advanced skills in MS Office programs (especially MS Excel)
• Full business proficiency in English (written & spoken)
