Join the CrowdGen team as an Independent Contractor for Project Ankara. Do you have a smartphone and want to participate in an easy, engaging project? CrowdGen is collecting speech data in Turkish to help train AI algorithms and improve speech recognition technologies.
We’re looking for individuals in Turkey to read and record short prompts using our Appen Mobile app.
Task Details:
Task: Read and record 50 short sentences displayed on the screen using the Appen Mobile app.
Example: "Hey, Siri e-postamı oku."
Duration: Each sentence takes 3-10 seconds. Expect to spend around 20-30 minutes total. You’ll have 48 hours to complete the recordings, so feel free to take breaks.
Payment: The pay rate is listed on Appen Connect (next to the 'Options' button) or in the Appen Mobile app (under the project name). To receive full payment, your session must pass our quality check. You’ll be paid for each accepted recording, as long as 80% of your session meets the required quality standards.
Requirements:
- Own a smartphone (released within the last 6 years)
- Be 18 years or older
- Native Turkish speaker
- Able to record in a quiet indoor environment without background noise
This role is a project-based opportunity with CrowdGen, where you will join the CrowdGen Community as an Independent Contractor. If selected, you will receive an email from CrowdGen regarding the creation of an account using your application email address. You will need to log in to this account and reset the password, complete the setup requirements, and proceed with your application for this project-based role.
