The Sourcing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing a national sourcing strategy aligned with global category strategies. This role ensures the efficient and cost-effective sourcing of goods and services while driving compliance, quality, and sustainability across the supply chain.


Your Role The Sourcing Manager will collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to localize global strategies, achieve procurement excellence, and support organizational objectives. Additionally, this role will collaborate with business development to deliver competitive pricing and efficient project implementation for new business opportunities and renewals. Your Responsibilities
  • Strategic Sourcing - Develop and execute national sourcing strategies aligned with global category strategies, leveraging volume discounts, and ensuring adherence to global policies and best practices.
  • Market Analysis & Cost Optimization -  Analyze market trends and supplier landscapes to identify cost-saving opportunities, competitive advantages, and sourcing optimization without compromising quality.
  • Collaboration & Pricing - Work closely with Business Development & Solutions teams to develop competitive pricing models, and ensure smooth execution of sourcing strategies in project proposals and contract renewals.
  • Supplier Management - Manage supplier relationships, conduct supplier audits, ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and financial standards, and optimize supplier performance.
  • Data Analysis & KPI Improvement -  Analyze procurement data, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and develop action plans to improve P2P process KPIs (PR2PO, Open PO, Delivery on Time).
  • Compliance & Internal Controls -  Ensure adherence to internal control and compliance requirements, maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory standards, and ensure suppliers meet industry standards.
  • Documentation & Process Support - Maintain purchase documents (e.g., Outline Agreements), resolve blocked invoices, and support procurement processes with cost estimates, supplier evaluations, and financial assessments.
  • Supplier Onboarding & Transition -  Identify and onboard new suppliers, facilitate successful scope transitions, and ensure alignment with business needs and central category strategy.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Bachelor’s degree from related fields
  • Minimum of 2 years proven experience within the supplier management, procurement, sourcing, and good to have technical procurement record.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across various organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize workload
  • Proficiency in procurement software with strong analytical abilities
  • Competitive mindset with excellent negotiation skills and a drive to achieve business goals.
  • A good knowledge of spoken and written English and Turkish.
