Our organisation (CPS-TED-T4A-CPI) delivers Traveler Business Capabilities in the Creation Platform to all the business units to improve Traveler Experience thanks to traveller centric solutions.
T4A organisation is involved in key on-going and new projects at the crossroad of all the business units. In CPI department you will work in a rich environment with diverse functional and technical challenges. You will work closely with Nevio, Fast Data and Big Data Platform, delivering Traveler microservices, building Machine Learning predictive model to provide insight on travellers and
ease personalisation all along the Amadeus journey.
We are the Traveler Train and are part of the Creation Platform Large Solution.
Mission & Purpose
Our Customer Experience Service team is focused on two main aspects:
Delivering new Traveler Capabilities on the Nevio & Amadeus Creation Platform, (microservices in JAVA to consolidate traveler data with other domain data like PNR, Ticketing, etc; Microsoft Azure connectors allowing to push the consolidated traveler centric data from the creation platform to our business partners like Adobe, Microsoft, AWS; APIs in C++ allowing to ingest data from our business partners; etc.)
Delivering T-DNA product evolution on existing features to maintain high level customer satisfaction and product adoption (OBE world; C++, Azure etc.).
Specific accountabilities:
● Analyse specifications
Define user requirements for the development of new (or upgrade of existing) software solutions using Java, C and C++.
● Design systems and code
Design technical solutions and perform feasibility studies.
Propose viable technical solutions to Product Management and/or users for validation.
Develop software according to Amadeus standards.
Model, design and implement databases.
● Test and maintain the software
Conduct unit, package and performance tests and ensure a level of quality in line with the Amadeus guidelines.
Participate in the validation phase of the product cycle, fine-tuning when necessary to finalize the product.
Support the customer by debugging existing solutions in collaboration with Product Manager or Product Definition Analyst
● Document your work
Produce software documentation necessary for the application and issue it to the requesting departments.
Common accountabilities:
Has the required technical/functional knowledge and experience in own discipline. Knowledge of the Amadeus business and how it is related to own area.
Works using existing procedures or guidelines and provides inputs to support/influence area decisions. Makes recommendations on new solutions and proposes improvements by analyzing different sources of information.
Works with a moderate level of guidance and direction from manager.
