We are currently offering an opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join us as Smart Start HR People Partner Process Development.

• Support Process Development and lean management activities in HR related area
• Support HR recruitment and people partnering processes
• Support HR Strategy projects and digitization activities

What distinguishes you:

• 3rd or 4th year' undergraduate and postgraduate students in the field of Industrial Engineering or Social Sciences
•  Very good command in English
• Advanced MS Office knowledge
• Knowledge in process analyzing, process mapping and digital tools is an asset
• Being collaborative and customer oriented
• Good communication and team working skills
•  Eager to learn
