Shift Executive

We are looking for a Shift Executive to join our team in Kocaeli, Türkiye.

Your Responsibilities: 

• Monitoring the operations according to each Shift HSE rules and operation standards, leading the entire team in the shift to increase efficiency in ship and field operations.
• Sift Executive of all operational activities. Supervise operations to optimise its efficiency and effectiveness, whilst adhering to company policies and procedures. To monitor and co-ordinate all operations, including the control and allocation of staff and sub-contracted personnel.

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (especially in Port and Management),
• 5+ years of experience in management of container terminal operations,
• Working knowledge of TOS (Terminal Operating System),
• Having problem-solving, organizational and communication skills,
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team,
• Able to work in a high-pressure environment and calmly priorities and manage a large workload,
• Proven commitment and reliable work history,
• Fluency in both English and Turkish, written and spoken,
• Have a class B driver's license,
• Willingness to work in Kocaeli,
