We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Service Sales Head role to join our Regional Solutions and Services business unit based in İstanbul office.
What are my responsibilities?
•Leading the service sales team that responsible of selling modernization projects, maintenance contracts and digitalization portfolio to the existing customers
•Development and execution of sales strategies in accordance with business unit management.
•Focus on the professional growth of sales team, communication, transparency, teamwork with constant dialogue within the team
•Setting, monitoring and supporting to achieve sales targets of sales professionals.
•Development of relationships with customers and the other stakeholders in the market.
•Understand and analyze the customer needs, market trends and the system&service portfolio in order to develop and implement the best business approach
•Work closely with management, engineering, project management, operations, finance, legal, other inside and outside resources as needed to obtain the sale.
•Monitor, respond and escalate customer feedback/complaints/issues as appropriate to ensure satisfaction.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
•Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering (or related)
•7 years of experience in sales/business development field, preferably in fire/security/building automation business
•IOT and digital services experience would be an important asset
•Vertical sales knowledge would be an asset
•Sales management experience would be an asset
•Experience in building long term relationships with the customers
•Intercultural business experience
•Advanced level of English.
•CRM system and digital working environment tool knowledge.
•Clear thinker, innovative and change oriented.
•Focus on customer retention and satisfaction/loyalty.
What else do I need to know?
•Military service should be completed for male candidates.
•No restrictions for travelling.
•A valid driver's license in good standing
