Goal of Function: Responsible for leading supply planning strategic initiatives and process optimization. This role emphasizes ownership of supply planning processes, continuous improvement, and scouting for innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.Your Responsibilities:Strategic Planning and Process Leadership: Develop and lead strategic supply planning using advanced analytics, optimizing processes to align with business goals, and designing multi-level planning for better resource utilization and supply chain resilienceInnovation and Continous Improvement: Identify emerging technologies and best practices, while driving initiatives to enhance supply planning processes and overall supply chain efficiencyCollaboration and Community Engagement: Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales to align supply planning with business goals, while fostering an engaged user community to share best practices, gather feedback, and drive initiative participationPerformance Monitoring and Risk Management: Monitor performance through key indicators (KPI, BPI, PPI) for supply planning and inventory management, while proactively identifying and mitigating supply and demand risksChange Management and Project Leadership: Implement change management strategies, including clear communication, stakeholder engagement, quick wins, training, and phased rollouts. Empower change champions, address concerns proactively, and celebrate milestones. Lead transversal projects like SAP rollouts to ensure seamless integration with business processesSecondary Tasks: Oversee SCP (Supply Planning Process) within the global ESPHORA Business Transformation Program and support the team while monitoring process adherence during deployment phasesYour Profile:Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field10+ years of relevant experienceStrong analytical skills with expertise in supply planning software and APSProven experience in process ownership, continuous improvement, and multi-level planningSAP S4, PP/DS, SAP-APO, SAP-IBP knowledge a plusStrong communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English)Experience in managing transversal projects and community engagementS&OP process knowledge preferredAbility to lead multi-cultural teams and implement innovative solutionsSelf-motivated, result-driven, and customer-orientedProficient in MS Office, SharePoint, JIRA, ARIS, etc.Our Offer for you:There is a lot you can discover at Fresenius Medical Care, because we have a lot to offer.
