Senior Supply Planning Expert (m/f/d)

Goal of Function: Responsible for leading supply planning strategic initiatives and process optimization. This role emphasizes ownership of supply planning processes, continuous improvement, and scouting for innovative solutions to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:

• Strategic Planning and Process Leadership: Develop and lead strategic supply planning using advanced analytics, optimizing processes to align with business goals, and designing multi-level planning for better resource utilization and supply chain resilience
• Innovation and Continous Improvement: Identify emerging technologies and best practices, while driving initiatives to enhance supply planning processes and overall supply chain efficiency
• Collaboration and Community Engagement: Collaborate with procurement, operations, and sales to align supply planning with business goals, while fostering an engaged user community to share best practices, gather feedback, and drive initiative participation
• Performance Monitoring and Risk Management: Monitor performance through key indicators (KPI, BPI, PPI) for supply planning and inventory management, while proactively identifying and mitigating supply and demand risks
• Change Management and Project Leadership: Implement change management strategies, including clear communication, stakeholder engagement, quick wins, training, and phased rollouts. Empower change champions, address concerns proactively, and celebrate milestones. Lead transversal projects like SAP rollouts to ensure seamless integration with business processes
• Secondary Tasks: Oversee SCP (Supply Planning Process) within the global ESPHORA Business Transformation Program and support the team while monitoring process adherence during deployment phases

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in supply planning software and APS
• Proven experience in process ownership, continuous improvement, and multi-level planning
• SAP S4, PP/DS, SAP-APO, SAP-IBP knowledge a plus
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (fluent in English)
• Experience in managing transversal projects and community engagement
• S&OP process knowledge preferred
• Ability to lead multi-cultural teams and implement innovative solutions
• Self-motivated, result-driven, and customer-oriented
• Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, JIRA, ARIS, etc.
