By digitizing merchants and SMEs, helping businesses grow, and promoting women's economic empowerment, we are dedicated to creating a better future.ABOUT THE TEAMIf you are a techie, you belong in our Technology Team that builds scalable, high-performance platforms for our customers using up-to-date and efficient technologies.We are all working with the same purpose: To create a positive impact in our ecosystem by enabling commerce through technology.Your Main ResponsibilitiesWorking on large-scale machine learning and data challenges that impact millions of people every dayDesign and implement ML applications while maintaining our high coding standardsSupporting data science and engineering teams to improve their products using ML modelsTrack and monitor model performance, take related actionsWorking together with ML and data experience teams, facilitating an efficient feedback loop to utilize and improve platformsQualities We Are Looking For5+ years experience in related areasExperience with end-to-end machine learning development life cycle and data workflowsExcellent coding skills with the attitude of clean, reusable, and well-documented code, reproducibility, and testingExperience with developing, delivering and scaling high-load software and data systemsProficiency on ML frameworks like Tensorflow or PyTorchA willingness to dive deep, experiment rapidly, and get things doneEffective communication, prioritization and time management skills to collaborate with cross functional teams
