The Senior Service Delivery Manager is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the delivery of services to our clients while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in service management and a passion for enhancing operational efficiency. The successful candidate will collaborate with various teams to ensure that service delivery aligns with business objectives and client expectations.

Responsibilities:
