We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and growth-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. This role is essential for driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across all digital channels. As Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies that fuel business growth and position our products effectively in the market. This position will focus heavily on digital marketing, growth marketing, and product marketing.

Main Responsibilities


  • Develop and lead the business vision by aligning product roadmaps with strategic goals and providing actionable market insights
  • Define growth metrics and deliver regular performance reports
  • Develop and support strategies for customer acquisition, retention, upselling, and cross-selling
  • Design and manage customer acquisition, retention, and conversion campaigns to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform decision-making and support business growth
  • Implement operational processes to ensure business efficiency, including establishing accountability structures and tracking key performance metrics for customer engagement
  • Leverage customer insights through data analysis and market research to inform CRM strategies
  • Ensure the CRM system supports a seamless engagement funnel and business growth
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with the company’s overall business objectives to drive customer acquisition and retention across multiple channels
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing activities
  • Lead the strategy and execution of SEO/SEM efforts to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Guide the creation and dissemination of high-quality, relevant, and engaging content across all digital platforms
  • Organize promotional events and lead segmentation, campaign planning, and execution across various channels
  • Drive creative problem-solving and innovative approaches to business challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a holistic approach to growth and alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Manage relationships with third-party agencies to support marketing and growth initiatives
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team across various functions

Requirements


  • University degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Marketing Professional with at least 12 years of experience especially in Growth, CRM, Campaign Management and Digital Marketing
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth & digital strategies
  • Strong Business Acumen that thrives to create measurable business impact,
  • Passionate about customer acquisition and creation of a strong brand presence across multiple channel
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
